But I also hate the fact that I've gained some obvious chubbs over the past ONE WEEK or stuffing myself with junks and rubbishes and what made it worse that I've got no motivation to workout, hence, NO WORKOUT AT ALL FOR ONE WHOLE WEEK.
What I have gained:
- chubbier arms
- belly bulge
- the uncomfortable, bloated feeling
- fatter thighs
- pimples!
- procrastination
Lost
- CONFIDENCE
- motivation
- hair
- my OKAY skin complexion became BAD complexion
Getting back on track really isn't easy I'd say. I would tell myself "I am going to go for a run this evening!", but I would only end up being super hungry in between then stuff myself with plenty of junks and feel bloated and lazy to get on my feet to run.
Today will be different, I am gonna break this laze curse and get back on my feet again and run!
But one thing you shouldn't be is that you should not BEAT YOURSELF UP and blame yourself. We are only human, and we all make mistakes. It's not the end of the world if you ate 10 cookies or eat a bag of chips or indulge on some burgers at the McDonald's. We don't lose 5kg working out for a day, so we won't get fat with only a day of bad food.
BUT, if ever a temptation or craving kicks in, breathe in, drink a cup of water or two, and ask yourself are you still hungry? If no, it only means that the cravings was just caused by dehydration. But if you are still hungry, GO EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY like a fruit or nuts. Always drink more water, hydrate yourself!
Saw this on the internet. For those who doesn't know how to get back on gear, here's some easy-peasy steps you can follow.

Healthy is Happy! YAY!
